Real Support Choices is designed primarily for self-managing NDIS participants, with carers being the secondary users. Accounts must be set up and managed by participants (or their helpers), who issue invite-only access to their carers.

This user-friendly dashboard was designed with the help of NDIS participants, with the purpose of making life easier, and helping you as the participant receive more care as our software will help your plan money go further.
As well as benefiting the participant, it will take the stress out of managing shifts for carers and help make sure they are paid on time.

At the end of your trial, you have the option to stop using Real Support Choices or to continue as a subscriber.
Whilst there are no limits to the number of individual carers you can work with using Real Support Choices software, your monthly subscription includes payroll for up to 5 Carers. If you have more than 5 Carers, contact us to update your subscription to the appropriate package, this will incur a small price increase.
Real Support Choices allows NDIS participants to create weekly rosters and submit payment requests at the end of each week. This allows carers to receive more regular payments.
It is simple to replicate rosters so you are organised several weeks in advance.
